SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days.  We will notify you by email if the product is not in stock.  We ship from Niles, IL.

Standard Shipping

For most orders over $100.00, we offer free ground shipping to the continental US. Shipping charges will apply on oversized items (bikes, trikes, wheels/rims, auto racks), Alaska or Hawaii or APO shipments. Occasionally oversized items will appear to be available with free shipping due to limitations in our system. If you select Free Shipping in these cases, we will contact you to provide you with the appropriate shipping charges.

If your order comes to just under $100 before tax and shipping, you can donate a few dollars to our Annual Holiday Toy Ride benefitting Marine Corps Toys for Tots program. We have a box to make a donation in the shopping cart. (you are also welcome to donate if you would just like to support a good cause)

Orders that total under $100.00 in merchandise will be charged a $9.00 ground shipping fee.

Priority Shipping

We are happy to make arrangements for Next Day or Second Day Air shipping.  Since the rates vary based on package size, weight and the shipping location, rates will vary.  Please either email or call us with the items that you would like to order along with the complete shipping address.  We will then check product stock for you and also provide you with the appropriate shipping charges.  Please note that rural areas may not offer Next Day or Second Day service.

International Shipping

At this time we offer international shipping on smaller packages to Canada. If you live elsewhere, please contact us and we may be able to arrange shipping on a case by case basis.
