 (Makes a dual kit for trikes having a Stock Power Idler)

Have a Catrike that came stock with a TerraCycle Power Side Idler? Now you can get a matching lightweight Return Side Idler and eliminate all or most of your chain tube!

This kit comes with a TerraCycle Return Idler, a new longer Stainless mounting bolt, and the necessary new spacers. The chainkeeper is already the one you need if your trike has an Elite Idler and you will need a new chainkeeper(included if you have a Sport Idler). The kit also includes zip ties and instructions on how to reduce your chain tube.

PLEASE NOTE: Catrikes come with two different models of TerraCycle idlers now. The Expedition and 700's come with our Elite power Idlers and the other models come with the TerraCycle Sport Series power Idlers. You can tell the difference by bearing colors and side plate material on your power idlers. The Elite Idlers have aluminum sideplates and an orange bearing shield, the Sport Series have military spec nylon sideplates and a yellow bearing shield. Please buy the correct matching return idler to perfectly compliment your existing idler so you get the correct parts. Both return idlers have virtually identical material for the urethane bed so will be very longlasting regardless of style. The return idler takes far less abuse than the power idler since the only force on the idler is the weight of the chain and spring tension of your rear derailleur. Both bearing styles are ABEC rated. The Elite Series return kit uses your existing TerraCycle chainkeeper, the Sport Series return kit requires a replacement TerraCycle chainkeeper. Both include new stainless bolt and spacers.
